“ This is my go-to spot in the neighborhood. Fresh delicious coffee. Focused and professional staff. The space is orderly, both inside and outside seating is available. The upstairs area usually tends to be a quiet workspace which is really nice. Could use a bit more sound dampening, but that goes for any space these days. ”

Their sandwiches are also high quality and so good! Can't wait to try their other items! The atmosphere is a little chaotic as it gets pretty busy and the line for ordering/waiting is between tables. Also be careful when parking outside, PPA is a hawk in this area. ”

“ The tables by the large windows are great with natural light and street views. First floor is fairly noisy (kitchen and people in the line) not a place for working or study. But second floor is great. The price is fair. Tables are not as clean as I would like. ”

“ Charming local coffee house. Service was extraordinary. Sandwich selection is just the right size to make this place the whole package. They know how to do tea, whole leaf scooped into the satchel right in front of you. Multiple sizes of cappuccino available but still proportioned perfectly. Ordered slightly dry and was done very well. Ordered the caprese paninis, yummy!!! Just the right ratio of pesto to bread to cheese. The downstairs is lively and good to people watch, upstairs is a nice place to study, work or get lost in your thoughts ”
